Qua Baths and Spa is a luxurious retreat that taps into the natural, healing powers of water to bring you a one-of-a-kind experience. Bathed in natural light, accented by smooth stone flooring, dark woods and cascading waterfalls, Qua is the ideal atmosphere for relaxed “Social Spa-ing” (a new concept in the spa world) as well as individual experiences. This tranquil environment uses the natural properties of water to soothe away stress and tension from the every day.
Our Signature Roman Rituals are at the heart of the Qua experience, bringing the traditions of the glorious baths of ancient Rome to modern times. Our Roman Baths consist of three distinct pools varying in both temperature and size. Guests are welcome to come with family and friends to mingle as they unwind and relax. Additional Roman Rituals include the Laconium Room (an ultra-heated room), an Arctic Ice Room with snow falling from above and a peaceful tea room, where our in-house Tea Sommelier will pair teas with your particular treatment. These are all included with any treatment at the spa.

Following the traditions of the robust Mediterranean lifestyle, Spa Gaucin has created a menu perfect for celebrating an anniversary in the private spa couple’s suite, a birthday with girlfriends or a day of solitude to rejoice in one’s own wellness. Each celebration of love, life and wellness begins with the traditional coin toss into the Spa Gaucin Well of Desires. “Every moment of life is worth a celebration.”
With our newly released treatment menu, the scents of the Mediterranean lifestyle come alive with engaging and aromatic massage services, body scrubs and wraps, all of which are intertwined with the essences of wine, fig, grape seed, rosemary and olive. Guests can relax and luxuriate in our Signature Mediterranean Massage featuring our unique Chardonnay massage oil or the wildly popular Kate Somerville facials.
Guests will enhance their spa retreat by enjoying our complimentary soothing waterfall Jacuzzi, eucalyptus steam room, or aromatic and dry saunas in the ladies and men’s locker facility. Our cozy lounges are perfect for reading, napping, or even day dreaming with a cup of herbal tea. The Spa Gaucin Fitness Center is open daily from 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., if a work out is in mind before or after the services. As well, we have complimentary fitness classes each day.

The Auberge Spa is a natural extension of California wine country’s most luxurious country inn, Auberge du Soleil. Built for the exclusive use of the inn’s guests, The Auberge Spa occupies a 7,000 square feet stucco building, overlooking the Napa Valley.
It embraces a nurturing philosophy embodied by a unique menu of body and facial treatments, which utilizes natural ingredients indigenous to the region.
The Melisse Suite, a spacious spa suite for romantic pairs or four friends, features a fireplace, private tanning deck and heated private pool. Guests can relax in total privacy as they gaze through floor-to-ceiling windows at the panoramic view of Napa Valley and sip a pre-treatment elixir. After enjoying side-by-side treatments, they can soak in a heated private pool overlooking the Valley. Many of the preparations used in the spa treatments feature house-infused oils, as well as calendula, rosemary, lemon balm and other herbs cultivated by the therapists in the spa’s garden.
