I have always been told by my sister who is a florist, that you should send an uneven number of flowers, so I would always send 13.  Who knew that there is a meaning to the number?

 1 - On a first date, a single rose symbolizes love at first sight. it can also be given in years to come to say, "I still love you."

 2 - Give someone two roses to represent your mutual love and affection.

 3 - Representing the couple and their shared love, a bouquet of three roses is a traditional one month anniversary gift.

 6 - Whether it’s a school crush or a more mature passion, six roses symbolizes infatuation.
