ROSE’s Final Thought

This year as we all go through each and every day, think about how you can be a ROSE.  Regardless of where we are or how we spend our day, we are all role models.  Someone perhaps even unbeknown to us is watching how we handle each situation.  So as you move through life be a ROSE.  Carry yourself with beauty, integrity and honor.  Smile throughout your day.  Treat others as you would like them to treat you and recognize the wonderful things others do to make your life a better one. 

Acknowledge the skills of others and provide frequent recognition.  Catch the people around you doing things right and when by chance they are not perfect and mess up, embrace the opportunity they have provided you to be a better person who is understanding and empathetic.  Remember people do not wake up and ask themselves what can I do to mess up today.  People generally want to do their best.  So bring out the best in others often simply by acknowledging all the things they do right.
