Judy is extremely creative in her marketing abilities of the Spa and she holds the highest ethical and professional standards. Judy is a role model for all of the Team Members that she manages and she has their highest respect and loyalty.

Judy has developed and implemented several operational protocols and has maintained the values of the Spa Industry Standards. Although Judy Towle is being nominated in this category, her education and Spa Management background has raised the Spa, at the Spa Resort Casino, to a level that has never been achieved prior to her tenure.

Since Judy's arrival at the Spa, the retention rate of the Team Members has been the highest in the Spa's history and the increase of repeat clients/guests has made the Spa extremely profitable.
