VH Spa & fitness center is tucked away on the second floor of this historical boutique hotel, the 8,000-square-foot urban retreat integrates vitality and health (hence, the “VH”) into the energetic atmosphere and the no-frills spa menu. The crisp blue and white halls give way to a tranquil eight-room treatment area. Treatments: Red Flower Hammam Ritual, True Youth-Revealing Facial, Guided Massage, Quantum Biofeedback This cutting-edge wellness enhancement program uses feedback from the energy patterns emitted by your body to reduce stress and help your body and mind come back into balance ($150 for 60 minutes), Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation.

Cost:  Spa treatments available in 45, 60, 90 and 120-minute.  Rates start $130 for most 60 minute services.  20% gratuity is automatically added to each service.

Amenities:  Men’s and women’s locker room with quiet area and steam room, refreshments, fitness center and exercise studio overlooking pool, sun deck, food service, newsstand and boutique.  Spa guests not staying at Hotel Valley Ho are welcome to unlimited use of the Fitness Center, including exercise classes, with a one-hour spa treatment. Remember to bring your workout gear.
