The Fastest Way to Dry Nail Polish: Dunk your hands in a bowl of ice-cold water.
The cold water freeze-dries polish, sealing and hardening it quickly. Allow nails to air-dry for two minutes, and then submerge in ice-cold water for three minutes, which is enough time for the polish to harden completely. Another option: Blast nails with cool air from a hair dryer in between coats. This helps each layer of color dry as you go.
Oily skin? Apply a piece of ice dipped in milk on the face and the extra oil will be removed.
Swollen hands? if you have a ring stuck on your finger due to your fingers swelling soak your hand in ice water till the ring slips off.
Red Puffy Eyes? Fill a small bowl with iced water or ice-cold milk. Soak a cotton pad with the liquid and lie down with the dampened pads over your eyes. Replace the pads as soon as they become warm. Continue for 15 minutes. As well as reducing puffiness, this treatment will brighten the whites of your eyes.
Sun burned or enlarged pores? Combine one part milk with three parts water, and freeze; cover the frozen cube in a cloth, and rub that over your face to tighten pores and alleviate sunburns.
