  1. Move your body every day — walk, jog, cycle, do yoga, lift weights, swim, etc. — even if it just means walking at the mall!
  2. Eat your holiday colors — green, red and blue fruits and veggies.
  3. Take your multivitamin and vitamin D every day.
  4. Get plenty of rest.
  5. Drink lots of warm liquids, including green tea.
