Tennessee Fitness Spa is located 95 miles southwest of Nashville, Tennessee at beautiful Natural Bridge. This historic site is the only known double span natural bridge formation in the world. The site is bordered by Forty-Eight Creek, which is crystal clear cool water. 

There are an increasing number of guests that return each season with stories of reaching their goals as a result of the lifestyle changes that were learned and implemented during their visit to Tennessee Fitness Spa. Many of the guests visit the facility several times each season, and each time they are able to notice, as well as chart, their progress. Their objective is to focus, not just on weight loss, but on the health benefits of the percentage of body fat and inches lost in a healthy manner. Sometimes this process may span a period of months, even years.

Each day at Tennessee Fitness Spa begins with a healthy breakfast. The daily exercise program starts with a warm-up and a walk. The length of your walk will depend on your ability and fitness. Your group leader will guide you through 2-12 miles of scenic beauty. Next is an aerobics class, followed by lunch. 

The afternoon often starts with a nutrition/fitness lecture followed by an aerobic step class, weight training, walking and aquacise. After dinner you will enjoy an evening lecture and cross training exercises, such as volleyball, pool games, cooking classes or movies. These activities are provided so that you will receive the maximum benefit from your fitness vacation. However you are free to just relax at any time.
