The Outrigger Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa was recently ranked 21 in the Expedia’s Insiders’ Select list of the world’s best hotels for 2008.

Located on the scenic eastern shore of Kauai, Outrigger Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa was chosen as Hawaii’s only top resort by Expedia experts and customers based on its quality and performance.
