According to the ISPA 2007 Spa Industry Survey…
• 72% of spas reported at least one open position.
• More than half of all U.S. spas report they have a vacant massage therapist position.
Other non-management positions – estheticians, nail technicians and front desks /reception – averaged one open position per spa.
