The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is scheduled to open the 800-room, boutique-style Water Club hotel in June. Amenities include five heated swimming pools and a posh ‘spa in the sky’ on the upper floors. The cost is $400 million. Originally scheduled to open early this year, the 43-story building was delayed by a construction fire that scorched the exterior.
