Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa Thompsonville MI Opens
Spa-aaaah! Just in time for the Women’s Winter Tour, Crystal Mountain is opening its long-awaited, $5.5-million spa on Jan. 30, to soothe achy, winter-weary bods with heated locker-room floors, steam rooms and infrared saunas. Crystal Spa will offer massages, herbal wraps and other spa services in 12 treatment rooms, including a two-table couples’ room with hot tub. Outside the Meditation Lounge, with its large stone fireplace, is a meditation garden with an eight-person, year-round hot tub. An opening weekend special features a choice of two treatments for $99, or ask about lodging packages. The resort’s newly expanded fitness center and pool area feature state-of-the-art equipment plus yoga, Pilates and other wellness classes.
