(Hershey, Pa.) – The Spa At The Hotel Hershey is making it easy to stick to your New Year’s resolutions. Whether you’re resolving to restore, rejuvenate or relax in 2009, you can accomplish your goals at Hershey’s world-famous Chocolate Spa.
The Resolve to Spa packages are available from January 1 through April 30, 2009.
~ Restore ~
Detoxifying your body is the best way to feel restored and refreshed in the New Year. This package is specifically designed to assist your body in creating a restored sense of balance. The package includes a Detox Body Wrap; Detox Massage; Deep Cleanse Facial; and lunch in the Spa restaurant, The Oasis, exclusive to spa guests only. The Restore package is approximately four hours and costs $317*.
~ Rejuvenate ~
This invigorating package partners two favorites. The Spa Rain Shower and Soothing Soak create the ultimate Women’s Water Ritual to begin the rejuvenating process in this exhilarating package. You’ll feel invigorated from head to toe. The package includes the Women’s Water Ritual, Body Scrub, Massage, Luminous Vitamin C Facial and lunch in The Oasis. The Rejuvenate package is approximately four hours and costs $367*.
~ Relax ~
Unwind, de-stress, and experience deep relaxation with this trio of services. The package includes Hydrotherapy, a Relaxing Massage, the Stone Facial and lunch in The Oasis. The Relax package is approximately three and a half hours and costs $304*.
Short on time? Experience the Happy New You Sampler and enjoy three treatments rolled into one amazing experience. The Sampler includes a full-body invigorating exfoliation, hydrating body wrap and a massaging application of pure essential oils. The Happy New You Sampler s available Mondays through Thursdays, January 5 through January 29. The treatment lasts 80 minutes and costs $160**
Guests who visit the Spa mid-week (Mondays through Thursdays) can take advantage of the I Live for Mondays package, which includes a softening body polish, Refresher Facial, traditional massage, Hershey Spa Manicure and lunch in the Oasis. The package is available January 1 through March 31, lasts four hours and costs $248**.
Spa guests who resolve to become more physically fit can take advantage of a fully equipped fitness center, which is complimentary for registered guests at The Hotel Hershey as well as day spa guests. The facilities include men’s and lady’s locker rooms with a dry sauna; Cybex cardio-vascular and weight equipment including treadmills, elliptical steppers, recumbent and upright cycles; and the Mind & Body Studio. Complimentary fitness classes are available and include yoga, Tai Chi, nature walks, stretch, step aerobics, low-impact aerobics, meditation and aquatic aerobics.
Personal Training includes a one-on-one workout with a personal trainer from The Hotel Hershey. The training is designed to establish basic exercise goals and to ensure a safe and effective workout program. The cost is $60.
A full fitness assessment costs $60 and measures cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and strength. Also included is a Body Composition to determine ideal body weight.
Guests can also kick off their new workout regimen by learning their ideal body weight using the Tanita machine, which measures body fat and determines lean body mass. The cost for that service is $20.
