New Vacation Package Includes Motorcycle Rental & Spa Treatment

Now people who would love to experience the Black Hills on a motorcycle can book a four-night package complete with Harley Davidson rental, lodging and entrance to the region’s national treasures. The vacation package includes a massage at Blue Sky Salon & Day Spa in Rapid City and Deadwood gaming coupons.
“Seeing Mount Rushmore come into full-view is one of the best moments you’ll experience on a motorcycle,” according to Michelle Thomson, director of tourism for the Rapid City Convention & Visitors Bureau. “This four night, Rent, Ride and Relax package includes a three-day Harley Davidson motorcycle, your choice of four models, and entrance to our national treasures.”
Black Hills Harley Davidson and the Rapid City CVB teamed up with Black Hills Central Reservations to build and promote the new Rent, Ride and Relax vacation package. The vacation package is available for sale on numerous web sites including visitrapidcity.com, travelsd.com, blackhillshd.com, blackhillsagent.com and blackhillsvacations.com.
“Although motorcycle enthusiasts have been coming to the Black Hills Sturgis Rally for nearly 70 years, this package targets a growing segment of riders who want the freedom to ride the hills and avoid the crowds,” Thomson said.
The vacation package has a starting price of $475 per person, double occupancy, and includes a three-day rental of a Harley Davidson motorcycle, four nights lodging, entrance to Devils Tower, Badlands National Park, Wind Cave National Park, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial and a spa treatment. Suggested add-ons include a chuck wagon supper and show. Guests will be given maps highlighting the “Best Rides in the Hills.”
The package is available anytime the weather is nice enough to ride, Thomson said. Sturgis Rally Rent, Ride and Relax packages are available at slightly higher prices.
